Sheep company De Waddel sells raw milk sheep's cheese and fair-trade lamb in the farm shop and in the fresh food vending machine on the road. The company stands for circular, nature-inclusive agriculture with respect for people and animals. You will find the company in the oldest spot on Texel: the iconic landscape of the Hoge Berg. The farm shop, which also sells other local products, is open on Saturdays from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. The fresh food vending machine along the road is always open. You are also welcome to one of our activities: a guided tour with lunch, a knapsack tour, or join the farmer with your family as he feeds the sheep with his quad bike and cart. www.dewaddel.nl
