Tandem Skydiving

About every 25 minutes, a plane full of brave jumpers departs from Texel Airport to make their first tandem skydive. The tandem skydives, where the jumper is attached to an instructor, can be executed by almost anyone aged 8 or up. Different types of jumps can be booked, varying in jump height and the associated free fall duration: 7,000 ft., 9,000 ft. and 13,000 ft. The free fall and the flight under the parachute can optionally be recorded on photo and video. On weekdays, a €25 discount is granted on the weekend rate. Those who prefer to keep both feet on the ground are welcome to come and have a look. The landing area is right front of the Paracentrum and can also be observerd from the terrace of the adjacent restaurant. Check the website for more information.
