A weekly AV Texel Summer Run with start and finish at the Sportpark-zuid athletics track, Haffelderweg in Den Burg. On July 17, July 24, July 31, August 7, August 14, and August 21. Course: after a round athletics track, the cycling track follows and a bit of Hoge Berg and ends back on the track. The main distance is 8.4 km (2 laps) and 4.4 km. The youth has their own distance of 800 m or 1200 m on the athletics track. Registration from 6:30 PM, registration fees: youth €2, 8.4 and 4.4 km €5. AV Texel members pay 3 for 1 euro.
