Demonstration Forge Museum Waelstee

Every Tuesday & Wednesday, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM The forge is in operation two afternoons a week. The forging process is demonstrated and explained. The forge contains all the equipment needed to secure the steel bands around a wagon wheel. Furthermore, there is a demonstration of how a horseshoe is forged. For a small fee, a small horseshoe can be made, with or without a print. Wheelchair friendly: yes Pet friendly: yes
