Art route Den Hoorn

In 2025, the Texel CultuurEiland foundation will once again organize “Art on Texel, four special art routes across the island”. The artistic offering on the island has grown enormously in both size and diversity in recent decades. It is precisely this diversity of galleries, exhibition spaces, artists' studios at home and special locations that makes the art routes across the island so attractive and clear for both tourists and Texel residents. And certainly also easy to cycle! There are four art routes this year: 1. the Den Burg/De Waal route on Wednesday; 2. the Den Hoorn route on Thursday; 3. the Oudeschild route on Saturday; 4. the Oosterend, Oost, Eierland and het Noorden route on Sunday. Artists on the route maps are open on the fixed route day, during the period from April to September. However, the period that they are open varies from a minimum of one month to a maximum of 6 months (or even the entire year). All information about routes and participating artists or locations is included in the beautifully designed guide “Art on Texel 2025”.
