Betteke Akkerman painted flower arrangement with vibrant colours. In her characteristic loose painting style, she positions vases and dahlias as happy actors on a stage. There is plenty of interaction between the painted surfaces and drawn lines. They suggest an improvised choreography. Galerie Posthuys (Brink 14, De Koog) is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm.
