with the Texel Whiskey in the leading role.

Bread with whiskey malt and beer brush bread & poultry pate of goose and turkey with
marinated plums in whiskey

Double-baked cheese soufflés from old-year nettle cheese from the Wezenspyk cheese farm

Texel Lamsham lacquered with whiskey and mustard & garnish

Chocolate dessert with whiskey ice from Novalishoeve and cranberries from the estate
In addition to the whiskey, we also use the cranberries, the beer and bread from the Bonte Belevenis. Furthermore, we will cook as much as possible according to De Smaak van Texel, so with the products of this island. For all dishes, a vegetarian adaptation is possible when you indicate this with your booking.
