Eat & Read at Nauta Book A dinner together with the authors in the bookshop with mouth-watering, authentic Surinamese dishes and the story about culinary customs from Surinam. SuriMAM Cooking is a colorful cookbook full of delicious recipes. The three sisters Waal together with Sabien and Annette make a selection of the tastiest dishes from this book. We dinner in the bookstore. Taste the special flavors of Suriname. Where possible, we use Texel ingredients.
