Culinary journalist Annette van Ruitenburg and Sabien Bosman from STAAL catering are organizing an Eat & Read with Lodewijk Dros, author of the book EILAND in de nevel. He tells this evening about the story of Pieter Kikkert, the first walker on Texel. You can also enjoy the dishes with Texel ingredients, such as the dish Eÿerlandtsche Struyf (this unique Texel dish is included with image and recipe in the book). Prior to the meal there is the possibility to participate in a walk in the Duinen van Texel National Park.
