Texel tidal dinner at Ecomare Ecomare and Sabien Bosman from STAAL Catering are once again joining forces for a culinary evening with content. On Friday, September 27, Sabien will cook a four-course "Texel tidal dinner" with products from and around the sea. Microphotograph Wim van Egmond talks about his Biofilm project in between courses. For the tidal dinner, Sabien uses products from the island that occur in or around the sea. Dinner is served in the Ecomare restaurant. You can preview the Biofilm exhibition in advance. Artist Wim van Egmond makes the invisible visible. His razor-sharp microscopic images are particularly impressive. Van Egmond is a good speaker who continues to fascinate his audience with great humor. His stories will certainly be appreciated by all the goodies that appear on the plates.  Reserving on time is therefore highly recommended and is possible via info@staalcatering.nl or 06-55740685.
