Den Hoorn has a long tradition of a pleasant market in the summer months. Every Thursday from 3 July to 28 August you can visit the Hoornder Donderdagmarkt in the pleasant Herenstraat and Klif. An atmospheric, interesting market where there is plenty to see and buy. From Texel products to curiosities. Villagers also offer all sorts of things for sale, the opportunity to pick up something special for a low price. A visit to the market can also be perfectly combined with a visit to the picturesque village of Den Hoorn, the famous white church and its old warehouses. There is also an art route.
