Singing bowls have a special sound and give a vibration that has a deep effect. A wonderful afternoon for yourself, where you can experience deep relaxation. Fatigue and stress slide away from you. The concert lasts 1.5 hours, after which we conclude with a cup of tea. Comfortable clothing and warm socks are recommended. A mat/mattress to lie on is a must and a warm blanket and pillow can contribute to a comfortable feeling.
