Music on Sunday with Hans van der Maas

Hans van der Maas (1960) is a gifted musician. He studied accordion in Rotterdam and musicology in Utrecht. In addition to music, visual arts, literature and poetry play an important role in his development and career. In 2020 he released his own CD entitled 'Departure', a starting point for new musical paths. The compositions and arrangements are made up of various musical building blocks and inspired by the enormous sound richness of the accordion in combination with electronics. Hans likes to visit Texel regularly and finds 'De Vermaning' a good starting point for musical introductions to Texel residents and tourists.
