On Saturday 9 June there will be walked on the Hoge Berg. A beautiful course on prehistoric land: at this Texel core formed by the Saale ice age 100,000 years ago the Neanderthals were already running fast! There are also walking past the Wezenputten, important in the Golden Age for the replenishment of the water resources of the VOC ships.
The start is at 13:30 on the athletics track. Everyone can participate from the age of 14 on the course. You can register at 12:45 pm in the canteen AV Texel, Haffelderweg 48, Den Burg. There is first a run on the athletics track and also at the finish one has to walk a round.
