Outdoor painting workshop

During this workshop, you will paint under the guidance of Marleen Bakker at a beautiful picturesque spot on Texel! Locations vary per workshop (think of the beach, the dunes, the forest or a view of a village). You start the afternoon by setting up an initial sketch, where you determine the composition. You quickly work out your sketch in paint, paying attention to color, shape and tone. Be inspired by the Impressionists! We work with acrylic paint on panel. The group consists of a maximum of 9 participants so that everyone gets plenty of attention. This workshop is suitable for beginners and advanced. Because we go into nature, it is important that you are mobile. Also take your clothing into account. Please note: a minimum number of participants applies to this workshop. In the event of too few registrations or bad weather, you will hear in advance whether the workshop can take place. Minimum age is 14 years. The exact location on Texel will be communicated a few days before the start of the workshop. This depends on the weather forecast. The workshop includes all painting materials, tea and biscuits. You will go home with a work of art under your arm! In case of bad weather the workshop will take place in Marleen's studio and we will work on the basis of photos. Marleen is a painter and exhibits her paintings in Galerie Posthuys in De Koog.
